More Information about Sober Living in Ormond Beach Florida

If you are thinking about changing careers or relocating to the area of Orlando, here is some information about Sober Living in Ormond Beach Florida that will be beneficial to you. “Sober living” is a combination of outpatient and inpatient treatment facilities for people suffering from addiction who have completed all of their other required treatment programs. The philosophy of this treatment program is to help the person get clean and sober and return to living a productive and successful life. This program is also known as “halfway house”. This description would be a general guideline of what happens in each of the four residential treatment centers at our facility. “Sober living” can mean many different things to many different people. To the families of those individuals who have suffered a loved one’s addiction to drugs or alcohol, it may mean being able to hold their loved one’s hand during the final phases of recovery. To the friends and family of the addicts and alcoholics who themselves have struggled with addiction, it might mean not having to explain why the person cannot make it back to home after a failed suicide attempt or detox. Or it might mean simply having to accept the fact that this person will never again be the same person they once were. It takes patience and commitment to follow through with the recovery plan provided by an experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate team of specialists. Most of our clients who complete the full inpatient recovery process move into either an Outpatient Treatment Center or an Inpatient Treatment Center. Both of these settings are focused on providing the individuals with the attention they need and require to successfully complete the program. The residential treatment centers offer both short term and long term stay depending upon the needs of the individual patient. Our center has patients who have been sober for over 5 years and only require short-term care while they undergo the process of stabilization and rebuilding their lives. They are now enjoying life again and are able to participate fully in the activities and community that mean the most to them.
