More Information about Sober Living in Wilmington Delaware

If you are looking for information about sober living in Wilmington, DE, I’m sure that you have already heard of the terms transitional living and co-housing. You may be wondering exactly what these terms mean and how they relate to my life as a transitioning senior citizen living in this beautiful city. Transitional living is an option I use on a fairly regular basis when planning my visits to my parents’ house in New Castle. My parents live full-time in Wilmington and my sister and I visit them during the summer months as often as possible. Transitional Living simply refers to a housing setting in which people leave their houses and live in transitional housing until a specific event such as a job transfer or a change of school occurs. In other words, someone who is going to be moving out of a house in Wilmington will often move into a ” transitional “house” in order to be able to fully utilize their new residence for a short period of time. These “transitional” homes can be in any area of town, along any riverfront, in any part of the city, or any other city within a reasonable driving distance of their original homes. (In Wilmington, driving distances to some destinations are actually much longer than they used to be!) As I mentioned earlier, I love my parents’ house. I hope this brief article helps you understand a little bit more about transition housing in general. I also think it helps you understand why my sister and I like to visit our house so much! The transition between our house and our friends is very enjoyable for us, and we look forward to visiting our friends as often as possible!
