She has done research and written articles to help you get a better idea of what is going on. She is definitely an expert and will give you great information. Also, you can visit the website called Sober Living in Connecticut by Amy Porterfield. She will give you lots of good information on what you should do and what is available to you. She has been a former addict and has overcome the problem. This will definitely be beneficial to you to know. If you are serious about starting over and changing your life, this is definitely the way to go.
