That’s why it’s important to get information about transition periods, from real estate agents who know the area and can give you information about what to look for and where to look when it comes to finding a house or apartment to rent while you’re on your vacation or in the transition period. The good news is that when you do need to rent a house or apartment while in the transition period, there are plenty of affordable options available. Even so, do make sure you get as much information as possible before signing any contracts.
