Both have similar ideas, they mean to assist you into a healthier lifestyle while helping you to leave the past behind you. They take you through the experiences of living with an addiction-free life. I am a Certified Clinical Psychologist and I work with individuals and families who are in recovery from addiction, alcoholism, violence and other life issues. I have been using Sober Living and Transitional Living techniques with individuals and families for over 20 years. My goal is to assist you to realize the positive effects of changing your life by giving you information and tips about Sober Living. You need to do some personal reflection in order to maintain a sober lifestyle. I teach people how to use Sober Living techniques along with my addiction help such as NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, Groundbreaking Therapy and much more.
